Area of work and vision:	“Racio Social has been working since 2001 in the areas of active employment policy, training and employment programs for the unemployed (especially disadvantaged and disabled persons), social - care and other development programs. We are a reputable and successful contractor of public works programs in the Savinjska region. We are active in the areas of career development counseling for young people, particularly those from socially and economically deprived families. We are implementers and partners in different national and international projects: - 2003 -2004: a partner in the PHARE 2000 project "Social care - employment opportunity" and PHARE 2001 "Education and training of personnel in disability companies, responsible for the development of human capital." - 2004: Project preparation facility - Grant Scheme 2002, project "Analytical model basis for the development of human resources (employees) in disability companies." - 2004: Project on Equal Opportunities "How a woman with disabilities can use her personal and professional potential." Funds for financing were also obtained in 2005. - 2004 - 2007: SYNTHESIS partnership coordinator, who acted under the Equal Initiative. We developed the project "Promotion and implementation of lifelong learning in enterprises for the disabled." - 2006: DISNET partner in the project which was implemented under the PHARE 2003; we conducted computer courses for unemployed people with special needs. We operate in the area of migrant issues and implement projects through co-financing of the European refugee fund. - 2005: Project "Enrichment through diversity", intended for asylum seekers. 2005 - 2008: Project "With an incentive approach to better decisions for (self) development« for the target group of refugees. - 2006 - 2009: Projects financed by the Office for Equal Opportunities, targeted at young people. The projects aim is to extend the horizons in the field of gender equality and awareness of the system of equal opportunities and equal treatment for all members of society. Projects: "Together we are building a tolerant world," "We - together and individually," "We live equality." - 2007 - 2008: Partner in the project "Diversity is the wealth of society", co-financed from the European Union Progress (implementation of workshops and summer schools for young people)."
